Born in Zurich to a family of musicians.

Accompaniment of groups and individuals for 30 years. Profound experience and know-how in accompanying change processes and support for inner and physical regeneration in rhythm, meditation and energy work.

• Co-developer and Master Teacher of the TaKeTiNa rhythm work.
• Universal Healing Tao Instructor ( by Master Mantak Chia, Thailand) 
• Certified Systemic Coach for individuals and organizational teams. (Institute for Systemic Impulses, Zurich).
• AUM Tantra Yoga Teacher – 200 hours Teacher Training / Yoga Alliance

Studies in Rhythmik (Zurich, Conservatory), NLP, many years of Tai Chi with Hans-Peter Sibler (CH) and Al Huang (USA), and Taoist energy work with Robert Yoe (NL). I learned energy healing work at a young age and developed this in later years through intensive experience.

2 years of training in Potential-Oriented Psychotherapy with Dr. Wolf Büntig in ZIST.

1990 – 2014 Co-Leader of the TaKeTiNa Institute. Leader of instrumental training for buk/sambuk, changgo, conga and percussion. Leader of TaKeTiNa teacher trainings. Worldwide duo concerts and workshop tours. All in cooperation with Reinhard Flatischler, founder of TaKeTiNa rhythm work.

Musician/drummer in the group MegaDrums in the 1999 tour “Terra Nova” with Airto Moreira, Zakir Hussain, Steven Kent, Wolfgang Puschnig and Reinhard Flatischler.

Solo concerts at various festivals.

Extended stays in South Korea in 2013 and 2014 to further my knowledge of the changgo and buk drums.
